I appreciated the dedication of the staff . They helped us navigate parking issues effortlessly. The charming atmosphere and proximity to excellent restaurants, including Saffron, were good. Ensure you explore nearby dining options during your visit!

The location was great and fantastic, close to a large mosque. Besides, I was next to a park and a river...

lovely plovdiv days 🌞
Ja, no, the staff were super friendly-one even joined us on a day out! The room was like a little haven, so comfy and clean. Plus, being close to the old town was a treat for strolls and dinners. Loved that balcony vibe too!
Just a heads up, parking can be a bit of a mission-might wanna sort it out before you arrive.

The total experience was very very good, I would recommend. The hotel was modern, and I appreciated hospitable staff and airy room. There was fresh made and enjoyable breakfasts with strong coffee. The location was comfortable and decent, just 5 minutes walk from Ancient Theater of Philippopolis.

There's nothing like a wet floor right to the toilet, how charming! And who knew parking would be a 10-minute hike to my 'luxurious' room? Considering my obvious need for special treatment, a complimentary gesture would have been lovely, but apparently that's too much to ask for.

- spacious room and bathroom + both very clean - good location: close to old and new town - very friendly and helpful staff (asking information for buses to travel further and they even made a call to my next hostel for some information)
- breakfast not very good, although on a Sunday in buffet format and this was much better! - if you shower, the whole bathroom gets wet. but it quickly dry up.

Location was central. Breakfast was pretty good and in a nice setting. Bright and cheerful. Lady on reception in morning was a wonderful friendly person. Antoinette is a credit to hotel dafi.
Evening reception staff rude and unhelpful. Too busy playing on computer. There us no lobby bar and the restaurant is closes in evenings. No so good for solo travellers. I had to wander around to find a restaurant and found a super one called Macalley. Bedrooms are basic an not fully soundproof.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to all the attractions. The staff were friendly and even accompanied us on our day out, such a nice touch. The rooms were clean and super comfy. Plus, there's tea and coffee available at the reception, a great perk after long days.

This is a nice family hotel close to the old city and the main street, hence in a great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and warm, and the general hotel has a nice interior, as do the bathrooms.
Rooms can be renovated.

Dafi was a last minute pick but was very well located near town and the old city, was well priced, clean, good staff, good breakfast and good rooms. The assistance prior to arrival was very good as was the assistance and recommendations during our stay.
The wifi did not work at any time during the stay, which made planning for the next part of our trip difficult.

Centrally located, this place makes exploring easy, just a quick stroll to shops and historical sites. The clean and cozy room provided a comfortable retreat after a busy day, and the staff's friendliness enhanced the experience. The shower design caused some wet floor issues, and parking was quite limited, which could be a hassle. A few more light snack options could elevate the overall stay.

Situation, frendly wellcome at the reception
The studio quallity dont match with the rest of the hotel - good statement of the building, but the carpet was old + not very clean, no acces on the terasse( why do you have terasse then??)- cigarets halls on the sofa ( non-smoking room??). The bed was good. Breakfast room was ok, but so many flys on the food, orange jus was really chemical.

Just a good no-nonsense nice place to stay. Charming, English speaking receptionists. Quiet & relaxing atmosphere. Central location. WiFi
The breakfast was incl. but ate there only once on the first morning of my 11 days).Antique TV. The nice mini-suit appeared quite tired, the poor curtains should be replaced and the carpet surely washed and repaired or even better. ..renewed).No kettle or room safe. The old dust build-up behind my desk. The beds were very comfortable but felt like they would collapse if you sat in the wrong place.
